World's Top Most Livable Cities

City rankings are based on 39 criteria.  They include political stability, political and media censorship, housing, currency-exchange regulations, school quality, the environment and public safety.  Switzerland's main commercial and cultural center, Zurich, topped the list this year.  Geneva followed and Vancouver and Vienna, which tied for third.
